The collaboration between ICESI University in Colombia, UTSJR in Mexico, and Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany is now being expanded to Latin America. The initiative aims to promote SAP talent across the LAC region by introducing new dual undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including internationally recognized certification diplomas, supported by erp4students.lat ICESI University (Colombia) and UTSJR (Mexico), in collaboration with the SAP Consultants School of erp4students, have updated their SAP laboratories and launched a new postgraduate academic offering. The program includes SAP diplomas as a degree option and provides three specialized training tracks tailored to students in business, data analytics, and business technology. The aim is to strengthen students’ employability in the SAP ecosystem.
This initiative increases academic excellence and closes the gap of certified consultants in Latin America through a strategic alliance with the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
The launch of these initiatives took place at the previous SAP Academic Community Conference – Latin America and the Caribbean 2025.

Internationalization and COIL Methodology
The program transcends borders thanks to the COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) methodology, allowing academic exchanges (remote or face-to-face) with the support of:
- SAP UCC (California State University, Chico, USA)
- HEC Montréal (Canada): For simulations with ERPsim and BusinessBuilders
- Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany): For dual international accreditation with its erp4students.org program
Innovation in the Classroom: Industry 4.0 and Virtual Reality
Students will gain access to modern SAP systems and hands-on learning environments:
- Global Bike 4.0 factory: Developed with Fischertechnik technology.
- SAP Smart City: A Virtual Reality video game that integrates theERPsim(distribution, production, and Logistics) ecosystems.
High Value Certifications (The "Survival Kit")
The new SAP Diploma & Postgraduate Programs in Latin America with international accreditation include three elective subjects (6 ECTS credits each) designed to obtain three international certifications as consultants in:
- SAP Business Suite (S/4HANA Cloud Public & Private Edition)
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP Signavio (Coming soon)
Students will receive the exclusive "Survival Kit" developed by erp4students, which provides a technical guide to pass the new SAP exam, now 100% practical and based on artificial intelligence (AI).
Mexico & Colombia: The Innovation Hub Thanks to erp4students.lat
Those who opt for the mixed modality will be able to visit SAP's business labs in UTSJR Mexico and ICESI Colombia, which is ideal for professional networking.
